If you want to produce stronger and healthier plants from seed, soil blocking is well worth the effort. Environmental friendly and eliminates the need for plastic seed starting trays. Start with a fine potting soil, add water till the correct consistency and pack into the blocker. The block serves as the container plus the growing medium and can be planted outside once the plant is mature enough.
