Processing & Delivery Times

• During the months of March and April, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to ship due to higher seasonal demand.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
