Garlic . German Extra Hardy

Hard-neck. Our easiest garlic to grow and among the most winter hardy. The outside skin is very white, but the skin covering the cloves may be dark red. A vigorous-growing garlic with long roots, giving it the ability to overwinter without heaving. Good flavor and stores well. Cloves per bulb: 6-7. Cloves per pound: 30-32.
