Garlic Bulbs
Hard-neck . Late Season . This extra large garlic is actually more closely related to a leek. Its popularity is unquestioned and is a good choice for a milder tasting garlic. The impressive plants, reaching 4-5’, produce large, mild cloves in softball sized heads. Remove flowerheads to promote larger clove size. The flower heads can be dried for flower arrangements. Cloves per head: 5-7. Cloves per pound: 8-14.
