Baja Gold Mineral Sea Salt Natural Grain Crystals

SKU: 47SE7IBQL7NG5K30

Naturally harvested from the Sea of Cortez, Baja Gold delivers pure, unrefined flavor powered by essential trace minerals. Solar-dried to preserve ocean vitality, its medium grain crystals are perfect for everyday use. Certified Kosher and compatible with Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and GMO-Free lifestyles, Baja Gold is perfect for finishing dishes, pickling, or creating a savory salt crust on meats and fish.
Natural composition: Baja Gold is an unrefined sea salt that retains the ocean’s trace minerals and slightly more moisture than traditional table salt, which can make saltshaker use difficult.
Usage tips: For easier seasoning, sprinkle by hand or add a few rice grains to your saltshaker to help absorb moisture.
Optional drying method: To slightly dry the salt, you can give it a very low-heat “bake”—about 15–20 minutes at 200°F—to reduce moisture content.
Storage guidance: Store Baja Gold in an airtight glass, wooden, or plastic container (avoid metal) and keep it in a stable temperature and humidity environment. Some customers also report that using a Parmesan cheese shaker with larger holes works well for dispensing Baja Gold.

Edit: They fixed the problem! Great customer service will be making all my future seed purchases here. :)

Went to go checkout online, I only ordered a few seeds and it says my shipping is going to be $50?! For the basic shipment. I live in ohio where berlin seed is and only a few hours away that just seems awfully expensive for seed shipment...

Planted all 10 seeds but only 5 germinated. It was strange summer weather so I'm sure that had something to do with it. I'm in zone 6 outside of St Louis. However, that being said, this was the absolute BEST melon ever. So sweet...everyone agreed on that. No disease at all. Amazing. Harvested a total 41 melons. Planted them May 18th. They germinated May 24th. Harvested the first group of 7 from Aug1st-6th. They all weighed over 6lbs. I continued harvesting through Oct 22nd. They started getting smaller throughout the growing season. The largest 6.50lbs. The smallest 2.31. Will definitely plant again.
