Mid-season. Soft-neck. This variety is one of our best tasting and most pungent cooking types. All of the best qualities of garlic are bred into this cultivar. Can be stored 6-9 months after harvest. A good braiding variety. Cloves per bulb: 8-12. Cloves per pound: 50-75.
