Silicone Fermenting Lid

The silicone airlock valve allows gasses (like carbon dioxide) to escape from the jar during fermentation without letting oxygen in, which could spoil the contents. The stainless steel band adds durability and ensures a tight fit, making it ideal for fermenting vegetables, kombucha, or any homemade ferment.
Be sure to pinch open the slit on the bubble before the first use. If you don’t see it, push the bubble inside out and pinch.
