Rattlesnake
Starting at $3.40
A heavy producer even in hot, humid areas. Steamed snaps are sweet, rich, and full flavored. Also freezes without becoming “rubbery” like some bean varieties. Stringless when pods are small to medium size. Vigorous vines bear round, 7″ purple-streaked pods containing buff-colored seeds splashed with brown. ‘Rattlesnake’ beans are also great as a dried bean and used in chili or baked bean dishes.
