A hulless seed snacking pumpkin. Roast your own healthy pumpkin seeds. Each 6-8 lb. orange with green stripes pumpkin has a handful of dark green hulless seeds. Rinse well, spread on cookie sheet and roast in oven at 250° until dry. Salt to taste. Delicious.
