Dried Mealworms
These tasty little tidbits attracts bluebirds and orioles to your feeders. Your birds might not take to dried mealworms right away. You can tempt the birds to start eating them by moistened a bit to make them more appealing. However, do not leave damp dried meal worms out for more than a day or two. As soon as one bird catches on about the dried mealworms, its friends will partake, too.

Planted all 10 seeds but only 5 germinated. It was strange summer weather so I'm sure that had something to do with it. I'm in zone 6 outside of St Louis. However, that being said, this was the absolute BEST melon ever. So sweet...everyone agreed on that. No disease at all. Amazing. Harvested a total 41 melons. Planted them May 18th. They germinated May 24th. Harvested the first group of 7 from Aug1st-6th. They all weighed over 6lbs. I continued harvesting through Oct 22nd. They started getting smaller throughout the growing season. The largest 6.50lbs. The smallest 2.31. Will definitely plant again.
I planted this for the first time last year. They did phenomenal! I can’t wait to plant more this year. They have stored very well also.
