Upright, semi-spineless plants make it easy to harvest the slender, elongated fruit, which sets on early. The glossy, bright purple fruits stay tender and non-bitter at any size. Their thin, tender skin does not require peeling, making them great for dicing into stir-fries or slicing lengthwise for grilling. Harvest at 5–7″ for baby size or 9–12″ for full-sized fruit. Plants perform well both in the ground and in containers.

Wanted to show my Megatron Jalapeños they are huge! Just canned some cowboy candy! Great Jalapeño and true to the description! Will buy these again! We love visiting the store and taking the hour or so drive a few times a year to visit. So worth the trip. I also purchased some Superb canning lids they were a great price.
