Beet microgreens have beautiful variegated stems and leaves with an earthy, almost sweet flavor. For best results, presoak beet seeds 6-8 hr. Grow beet microgreen seeds in potting soil and bury with a thin layer of soil. There are so many health benefits (including powerful detoxifying and antioxidant properties) in these tiny, yet powerful plants. Cut close to the soil line to feature the red stem and add to salads.
