Late Season. Hard-neck. This extra large garlic is actually more closely related to a leek. Its popularity is unquestioned and is a good choice for a milder tasting garlic. The impressive plants, reaching 4-5’, produce large, mild cloves in soft-ball sized heads. Remove flowerheads to promote larger clove size. The flower heads can be dried for flower arrangements. Cloves per head: 5-7. Cloves per pound: 8-14.

I had heard about Berlin Seeds from Cody and Michelle watching More Than Farmers. I'm so grateful they told us all about the company.
