Tigers Eye
Starting at $7.90
These yellowish-brown dry beans have a swirl of dark maroon color on them that is said to resemble a tiger’s eye. Wonderfully rich flavor and smooth texture. Very tender skins almost disappear when cooked. Great for chili or refried beans. Can also be used as a fresh shell bean if harvested as seeds are forming. A pretty bean that is fun to harvest. Very productive on 24″ plants.
