Medium light-green color; crumpled, curled leaves. Simpson Elite is long standing, can be harvested 30 to 45 days longer than Black Seeded Simpson. Excellent flavor, never bitter, and very heat tolerant. New Mosiac virus tested seed production. Hard to find variety.

Wanted to show my Megatron Jalapeños they are huge! Just canned some cowboy candy! Great Jalapeño and true to the description! Will buy these again! We love visiting the store and taking the hour or so drive a few times a year to visit. So worth the trip. I also purchased some Superb canning lids they were a great price.
