Long Island Cheese
A longtime favorite, superb for pies. Flat, lightly ribbed fruit with buff colored skin resembles wheels of cheese. Deep orange, sweet flesh is thick and fine grained. Easy to peel. Very good keeper. 7-8 lb. average on this beautiful heirloom variety.
