An attractive Swiss chard that adds striking color to your baby leaf mixes or it can be grown to full maturity to offer an unusual and showy chard. The savoyed leaves are dark green with white veins and contrast well with the stems that are white with pink stripes. Peppermint has good uniformity in the field and has shown good regrowth after cutting. Baby leaf harvest can begin in 33-35 days.
