Use the tasty greens as they are supremely tender, even as the roots swell, you can harvest yummy greens for several months. and get all the benefits possible from this versatile plant. Sow 1″ deep and 6″ apart in rows 2-3′ apart. Since each beet ‘seed’ holds up to 8 actual seeds, the seedlings will need to be thinned to 3 ” apart. Avg. 40,000 seeds/lb.
