OMRI® Listed . A high concentration of a patented beneficial bacterium in a water soluble powder. This powerful product effectively suppresses & controls a wide range of root rots and damping off caused by pathogens like pythium, phytophthora, fusarium, rhizoctonia, verticillium and other root decay fungi. Actinovate for Lawn & Garden is also effective as a spray application for foliar diseases such as powdery and downy mildew, bacterial spot, black spot, botrytis, alternaria and others.
How it works: When introduced into the root zone or applied to foliage this microbe colonizes and grows around the structure of the plant, while secreting beneficial and protective by-products. This combination of the colonization and the protective secretions forms a defensive barrier around the plant which in turn suppresses and controls pathogens. To ensure a solid population of disease-fighting microbes, we recommend three applications three days apart then only once every three weeks. This has proven very effective for large growers. Helps control damping-off when used in seed starting mix. Compatible with Monty’s and chemical insecticides. Refrigerate after opening to increase shelf life up to 8 months. For maximum protection, use with a spreader sticker. Do not mix or rotate with Copper fungicide. Mix only what you want to spray the same day. Fights root diseases in annuals, perennials, trees & lawns. Effective against foliar diseases such as powdery mildew and black spot. Approved for organic gardening. Safe & Non-toxic.
