All stock is guaranteed to grow and be true to name. Any stock that fails to show growth will be replaced free of charge or refunded if reported before July 15.
If your plant starts to leaf out but doesn’t survive its first growing season, you may contact us anytime during that season to receive a gift card refund for up to 50% of the purchase price. All claims for replacement of refund must be made within the same growing season as the purchase.
Planting as early as the weather permits is one key to success. Proper plant protection and regular watering must be done, especially during stress periods of the first growing year.
