Simpson Elite
Medium-light green color, crumpled, curled leaves. Simpson Elite is long standing, can be harvested 30 to 45 days longer than Black Seeded Simpson. Excellent flavor, never bitter, and very heat tolerant. New Mosiac virus tested seed production. Hard to find variety.
