Our Favorite! Once you try Batavian lettuce you may not want anything else. Tall, open heads have thick bright green, red-tinged leaves that are nearly as crisp and crunchy as head lettuce. Sweet and nutty flavor. This cut-and-come-again lettuce provides a long season of eating pleasure. Slow to bolt.
