The blocky 8″ ears are filled to the tip with tender and incredibly sweet yellow kernels that can be cut and frozen and taste just like fresh corn. The ears are covered with deep green husks and attractive flags. A great new variety that bridges the gap between processing corn and fresh eating quality. Excellent germination. Wanted to show my Megatron Jalapeños they are huge! Just canned some cowboy candy! Great Jalapeño and true to the description! Will buy these again!
